We have an in-house dental laboratory technician who works with our office. This is important when time is critical in fabricating or repairing dental appliances. It also provides us with unique opportunity to communicate to our laboratory technician the specialized instructions necessary for your particular case.

As new patient, you can expect to complete a patient history. The information asked on this form is necessary to provide you with the best dental care possible.
Your first appointment with us (except in the case of an emergency) will include an examination, necessary x-rays, and diagnosis. If you have a dental emergency, please contact our office. Every effort will be made to see you the day you contact us.
